Unfortunately, there are significant cleanliness issues to contend with, including unclean kitchen equipment and room hygiene that left much to be desired. Soundproofing between rooms is almost non-existent, making it hard to catch some Zs while neighbors are up and about. Parking is a bit of a puzzle, as the situation can get chaotic, and maneuvering around other parked cars can feel risky. the air conditioning unit is noisy and requires an extra charge, which is a bit frustrating.
